For me, Yoga is a wonderful connection with our body and making it more flexible and graceful.
Breathing
Breathing is a natural phenomenon to be alive. This is not a need; this is our basic and beautiful way to live and feel. The more you breathe, the more you enhance your creativity, memory, and personality.
Meditation
This is not a program. It’s simply being with yourself, nothing doing!!
Meditation is our individual experience of letting go, Love – Gratitude, Life purpose, and vibration/energy.
Workshop
AIM is willing to give a compassionate touch for brain – mind exercises. There is nothing to change and train. Its only to understand past, be in present and create our future/ Happiness.

Counseling / Facilitation

Aarti strongly believes in facilitating people...not by advise but with awareness and self-worth.
So we encourage people to take their decision of self growth and transformation.
Facilitator is a person who help people to find a way and be a part of solution
Thought Healing
The word ‘Healing’ itself gives a feeling of being safe. Here thought healing refers to making people aware of their thought pattern, understand their belief system and release them if not so longer serving you. After thought healing we start thinking about what we want, what is good, how we can create thing we want.
